Assault
Threatening another with imminent physical harm or displaying a weapon in a manner that puts others in reasonable fear of harm; in many jurisdictions brandishing a firearm or threatening violence is a criminal offense.

"After Charlie taunts them, a McPoyle brother yells, “You get fork stabbed!” and stabs Charlie with a fork; earlier they note they are out on parole."
Harassment
Course of conduct (repeated following/harassment) directed at a person that would cause a reasonable person to feel fear, alarm, or harassment; often criminalized as stalking or harassment and frequently enforced by restraining orders.
Situation:
"Mac aggressively confronts and threatens the anti‑smoking street actor on the sidewalk, repeatedly stating he’ll “throw down.”"
Illegal gambling
Operating and allowing an unlicensed, high-stakes gambling operation on the premises (poker with extreme wagers).
Situation:
"Frank sets up a high-stakes poker game with Vietnamese gamblers in Paddy’s basement; Dennis and Mac permit an “anything goes” environment. Alan bets increasingly extreme stakes (e.g., his wife's glass eye) and talk escalates to betting fingers."
Indecent exposure and solicitation of unlawful adult entertainment
Soliciting and filming women to expose their breasts in exchange for T‑shirts inside a bar without proper adult‑entertainment licensing; the exposed individuals commit indecent exposure in a public accommodation.
Situation:
"Dennis and Mac run a “girls gone wild”-style promotion at Paddy’s, videotaping topless patrons for free T‑shirts."
Possession and offer to distribute a controlled substance
Unlawful possession of hashish and offering it to another person.
Situation:
"Artemis offers Dee, “Want to smoke some hash?” while discussing joining Dee’s performance."
