Attempted Aggravated Assault
Deliberate application of a harmful substance to another person or an object in contact with them with intent to injure (may constitute assault with a dangerous weapon/attempted aggravated assault or battery).
Situation:
"Outside the Juvenile Lupus Association event, Mac preps a bat and instructs Charlie to photograph the beating to prove how 'hard' they are; they approach before panicking and fleeing back to Frank’s car."
Criminal conspiracy and solicitation to commit aggravated assault
Frank solicits Mac and Charlie to locate and beat Bruce Mathis with a baseball bat; they agree and plan the ambush, forming a conspiracy.
Situation:
"Unable to get Bruce’s location via MySpace, Frank instructs Mac and Charlie to follow Dennis and Dee and 'jump' Bruce; Frank acts as the waiting getaway driver."
Disorderly conduct and threats of violencet
Frank causes a public disturbance and makes violent threats, yelling that somebody has to get stabbed after learning the twins' true paternity.
Situation:
"At a fancy restaurant with Barbara, Dee, and Dennis, Frank loudly melts down, alarming patrons and staff."
Solicitation and conspiracy to smuggle heroin into prison
Luther recruits Mac and Charlie to anally smuggle heroin into prison, arranging a pickup and directing them not to return without contraband; they agree and begin preparing, constituting solicitation (by Luther) and conspiracy.
Situation:
"In prison, Luther lays out the heroin-smuggling plan and sets up a bathroom pickup; later at Paddy’s, Mac and Charlie gather balloons, lube, and baking soda while discussing returning with their 'butts filled.'"
Theft of prescription medication hospital
Barbara steals (or attempts to steal) medication from a pediatric patient’s room, concealing it in her purse.
Situation:
"While 'volunteering' with Bruce, Dee catches Barbara rifling through a sick child’s medication; Barbara denies wrongdoing."
