Dennis' Double Life
Criminal Activities
Solicitation of paid sexual services
Offering or agreeing to pay another person in exchange for sexual intercourse (solicitation or procurement of prostitution). Under many U.S. state laws, both the person soliciting/paying and the person agreeing to provide sex for money can commit prostitution-related offenses; arranging, advertising, or procuring paid sex is also criminalized in many jurisdictions.
Situation:
"Frank offers to pay Mandy money (various sums discussed) in exchange for sex so she will take the money and leave. Mac also explicitly says he would have sex for five thousand dollars, indicating agreement to engage in prostitution."
Unlawful possession of a destructive device
Possession of a destructive device (a rocket launcher) or other explosive/launch weapon that would be regulated under federal and many state laws (National Firearms Act / other statutes). Possessing, receiving by mail, transporting, or keeping an unregistered destructive device is a federal/state crime.
Situation:
"Early in the episode the group discusses finally getting a rocket launcher that 'came in the mail' and planning to 'fire' it from the apartment. Multiple main characters are present in the apartment and participate in plans to possess/use the device."
