Situation:

Recording Sexual Activity

Situation:
"Mac and the Waitress plan to sneak into Charlie and Frank's apartment to have sex there (to rub it in Charlie's face); they are discovered hiding in the bed."
Unlawful Surveillance
Planting/using a communication device hidden in another's living quarters to eavesdrop on private conversations.
Situation:
"Charlie says he planted a walkie-talkie (given to him by Mac) in his bedroom to listen in on conversations intended to prove the Waitress was being with someone else; the device was intended to capture sex sounds/conversation."
Vandalism
Intentionally damaging, destroying, or defacing another's property; charged as criminal mischief, vandalism, or similar offenses under U.S. law.
Situation:
"Charlie admits to smashing videotapes — including a sex tape and at least one of Mac's 'Project Badass' tapes — after viewing them and becoming upset/ill."
