Extortion
Obtaining property, money, or another advantage from someone by wrongful use of force, threats, or coercion; using threats of harm or other intimidating conduct to compel payment or compliance.
Situation:
"After the neighboring building goes up in flames/explodes, Frank tells the gang he’ll send them to jail for blowing it up unless they make him part of the gang and give him control over the bar."
Making terroristic threats
Creation of a threatening video styled after a terrorist tape, targeting a Jewish property owner; could constitute terroristic threats and ethnic intimidation regardless of distribution intent.
Situation:
"Charlie directs a taped threat in which Mac, masked, issues violent warnings about not building next door. They later panic about legal consequences; detectives ultimately confront them with the video."

"Barbara appears in a neck brace and states Dennis ran over her with his car; presented as a recent off-screen event referenced during this episode."
