Criminal Activities
Attempted sexual assault
Attempting nonconsensual sexual contact (forcing or attempting to force an unwanted kiss) constitutes sexual assault or attempted sexual assault under U.S. law.
Situation:
"Dee explicitly describes the plan to jam her penis through the drilled hole and yell "Special delivery!" (an act of planned non-consensual sexual contact/exposure); Mac participates in and encourages the prank, creating an attempted sexual assault/indecent exposure scenario."
Indecent exposure
Willfully exposing one's genitals in public or to others without consent is indecent exposure, a criminal offense under most state laws.
Situation:
"Charlie offers to "show you my dick" as part of the prank and appears to begin exposing himself to others, which constitutes indecent exposure under typical statutes."
Invasion of privacy
Observing, recording, or otherwise intruding on another person in a place where they have a reasonable expectation of privacy (e.g., shower, bathroom) without consent; often prosecuted as voyeurism or related privacy offenses.
Situation:
"Mac and Dee's plan to use the drilled hole to watch women in the shower constitutes voyeurism; Charlie is later caught spying/peeping (a woman confronts him after he was watching through the hole)."
Unauthorized fracking
Fracking (hydraulic fracturing) or other extraction activities conducted without required permits, environmental reviews, or in violation of environmental protection laws can constitute criminal violations (federal and state environmental statutes) and related offenses (illegal waste disposal, water contamination, unauthorized alteration of land).
Situation:
"Frank admits that the banquet and race were a diversion so he could "frack the mountain" and extract natural resources from Alpine Ridge. The PA announces "Frank fracked the mountain," indicating he carried out unauthorized resource extraction that would violate environmental and land-use laws."
Vandalism
Intentionally damaging, destroying, or defacing another's property; charged as criminal mischief, vandalism, or similar offenses under U.S. law.
Situation:
"Mac and Dee state they are "drilling a hole in the women's shower so we can look at 'em naked" — they describe and initiate the act of creating a hole in the shower wall as part of a prank war."
