Criminal Activities
Criminal mischief
Intentional contamination/damage to another's vehicle (rideshare driver) by urinating inside the car; such conduct typically constitutes criminal mischief/vandalism and can be a basis for charges and civil liability.
Situation:
"After a rideshare trip the driver reported being urinated in; one character says 'That driver ... saying I urinated all over the backseat of his car.' Multiple speakers then admit to having urinated in the backseat ('Actually, I did pee back there a little bit.' 'I did, too.')."
Criminal threatening
Making a serious verbal threat to kill another person can constitute a criminal threat or assault in many U.S. jurisdictions when the threat is communicated and causes reasonable fear.
Situation:
"During a heated moment at the bar/while filming, a character yells 'I'm going to murder you.' (Transcript: 'And stop! ... I'm going to m*rder you.'), an explicit homicide threat."
